Following a recent recruitment drive we are delighted to introduce the newest members of our team!
Welcome to Team Topglass Matthew, Amy and Cormac!

Here's what our new staff members had to say on joining our team -

"Living locally I have always been aware of Topglass, the services they provide and the company's growth trajectory over the years. Having previously worked as a project manager within the sub-contractual field of the construction industry, joining Topglass and the MJM Group was an ideal opportunity for career progression. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Topglass so far, working with the team and engaging with our clients and wider supply chain partners." says Matthew Crozier, Assistant Contracts Manager.

Outside of work Matthew is a valued contributor to the local community through his involvement with Lough Neagh Rescue for which he is a Board Director, Life Boat Crew Member and Swift Water Rescue Technician. It is important to Topglass that our company values are aligned with that of our employees and Matthew's community and team spirit is certainly an asset. Welcome to team Topglass Matthew!

"I came to Topglass having been headhunted for the role of Contracts Manager through a recruiter on Linked In. Having worked within the commercial construction sector in site and contracts management positions, and being a joiner by trade, there were clear synergies there with Topglass and the MJM Group of Companies as a whole. My first month with Topglass has been great. The company has a strong team mentality with help always offered when needed." says Cormac McIntyre, Contracts Manager.

Cormac has a passion for sport, particularly Gaelic football, and coaches his children's GAA team. The people skills and leadership qualities he has honed in both his professional and personal pursuits are requisite to his managerial role with Topglass and we are delighted with the drive he can bring to the team. Welcome Cormac!

"Having previously worked within healthcare service development, I felt compelled to move into a more finance centric role as I loved the financial analysis and budget management aspect of that experience. I heard about the Topglass vacancy after applying to NRC college for an accounting technician course and it struck me as a natural fit. This position is a great opportunity to further my knowledge and widen my skill set within finance, whilst also providing good job satisfaction and career progression opportunities." says Amy Scullion, Finance Administrator.

The multi-disciplinary nature of the Finance Administrator function required a a highly motivated team player to fulfil the role - which we certainly got in Amy! As a new mum to her one year old daughter, a keen Gaelic football player and netballer, Amy's multi-tasking capabilities are unrivalled! Her head for finance and people skills bring a wealth of value to the various departments she engages with. We are delighted to have you on board Amy!
