Technical Sales Executive
Topglass is a specialist glass and glazing contractor operating within the UK & Ireland construction industry. Part of the MJM Group of companies, it is a sister company of MJM Marine and Mivan.

Technical Sales Executive
He/ She will have the opportunity for personal development whilst adding value to a highly motivated and results driven team.
Represent Topglass Contracts Ltd to Architects, Specifiers and Contractors at all stages of the Sales process, throughout the UK and Ireland - Reporting to the Senior Management Team.
The role will concentrate on the promotion of “Topglass Glazing Solutions’ throughout The UK and Ireland
The Role will involve generating new leads and following up on enquiries.
Technical support to Architects and Specifiers to ensure the correct glazing solution / Pilkington Profilit product is included in Specifications and Tender Documentation. This may involve “Face to Face” meetings or “Teams” meetings. This also will include generating Budget Costs and NBS Specification writing.
It will involve CPD presentations to Architectural practices, contractors, façade consultants to increase the profile of the Topglass and glazing solutions offered.
Providing technical support and quotations; including project specific programmes to Main Contractors.
Follow up on all leads and tender returns and report back to Topglass Contracts Senior Management Team.
Negotiate with the successful Contractor to achieve sales that meet the project specific requirements and sales targets of Topglass Contracts Ltd
The Successful candidate must have a knowledge of the Construction industry, with specific reference to the glazing / façade sector and have the ability to interpret technical details and specifications.
The Candidate must be able to effectively communicate with people at all levels within the Construction Industry.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated how he /she has developed and delivered a successful sales strategy to maximise profitable sales growth.
